Play numbered cards in ascending order as a team — without speaking, signaling, or communicating in any way. Just wait until it 'feels right' to play your card. Either a profound exercise in nonverbal synchronization or an infuriating luck-fest, depending on your perspective.

The Mind is a cooperative card game with one simple rule: play your cards in ascending order, without talking. Cards are numbered 1 to 100. In level 1 everyone has one card; in level 2, two cards; and so on.
Nobody takes turns. When you think it's time, you just play your card. If someone plays a card and another player is holding a lower one, the team loses a life. You can't signal or communicate, so you learn to feel the timing together, which is a surprisingly intense experience.
The team tries to beat as many levels as possible. Games are short, and players often want to try again straight away.

It plays 2 to 4.
About 15 to 20 minutes.
It's unusual, and people either love it or find it odd. It works best with groups who enjoy the experience of getting in sync with each other.
