Program bandit actions on a 3D cardboard train, then watch the chaos unfold as everyone's plans collide. You plan in one phase and execute in another — but other players' moves may push your bandit to unexpected locations. The 3D train is spectacular.

Colt Express is a game about bandits robbing a train in the Wild West. Players are bandits on a 3D cardboard train. Each round, everyone plays action cards one by one into a shared pile, planning moves like running between cars, climbing onto the roof, punching another bandit, or shooting.
Then the pile is resolved in order, and plans often go hilariously wrong because others changed the situation first. You collect loot along the way, and the richest bandit at the end wins, with a bonus for the best shooter.
