The European map version of Ticket to Ride adds stations, tunnels, and ferries to the base formula. Stations let you use opponents' routes, tunnels add push-your-luck card draws, and ferries require wild cards. Many consider this the definitive version of the series.

Ticket to Ride: Europe is the European version of the classic train game. Like the original, you collect cards and claim routes to complete destination tickets.
It adds train stations that let you use someone else's route, tunnels that may cost more cards, and ferries that need locomotive cards. It's a bit more complex than the original.
