Two teams give coded clues to their teammates using secret keyword lists. Your team must decode your clues — but the opposing team is also listening, trying to intercept your code. Over rounds, the accumulating information makes interception possible, creating escalating tension.

How it plays

Decrypto is a team word game about secret codes. Each team has four secret words on a screen, numbered 1 to 4. Each round, one player draws a code like 3-1-4 and gives three clues so their teammates can work out the order.

The other team hears every clue too and tries to intercept the code. Clues that are too obvious give your words away over several rounds, and clues that are too clever confuse your own team. Two interceptions or two miscommunications ends the game, so every clue is a balancing act.
