Happy City is a quick card game about building a city. Each round, you earn coins from your buildings, then buy one new building card from the market.
Each building has citizens, happiness or both. At the end, your score is your total citizens multiplied by your total happiness, so you need both. The game ends after a player has 10 buildings. It plays in about 20 to 30 minutes.
