Barrage is a heavy economic game set in an alternate 1920s where water power drives industry. Players build dams, conduits and powerhouses in the mountains to capture water and produce energy.
Water flows downhill, so where you build affects everyone below you, and you can even use water flowing from other players' dams. Contracts reward energy production. It's a tough, interactive strategy game for experienced players.
